Mead update

I got this from Eric this morning:

"Yesterday the mead began with a blurp - blurp - blurp, with about 3-4 seconds inbetween. I stirred it once at 11am and another time at 6pm. Today there is almost a constinuous expulsion of gas from the Nalgene. When I opened it to stir, there wasn't that much peach foam. There were a lot fine bubbles rising to the top though. mmm...champagne yeast."

Sounds like it isn't going to be as explosive as I thought it would. Can't wait to try this stuff in a year...
